As a career woman having spent 30 years in the corporate world, I have been aware of the issue’s facing women in the workplace. We still have such a long way to go to achieve equal rights. Every step in the right direction is a good step. A small step I hope to help women with is leveling the playing field in the area of “Pockets”. That’s right – Men have pockets and women so often don’t. Now that cell phones have become such an important part of our lives, it’s time we had a place to carry them. It may seem like a simple thing, but it is one that affects almost all women.

- No more missed calls. In business meetings, my phone was appropriately on silent in my briefcase or at my desk. At other times I’d be juggling it with my laptop, binder, pens, etc. On occasion, while waiting for an appointment with a buyer they would leave a message that they were running late – but unfortunately, I never received the call, because my cell phone wasn’t right with me.
